Membership Update:
If you are unable to make it to your status card appointment, please inform the Membership Clerk as soon as possible. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be moved to the bottom of the list for a new card.
Status Cards are issued to Metlakatla Members by appointment only. Please ensure that when booking an appointment that you have the required I.D. For Members living outside of the Prince Rupert area, or for anyone who would like to apply for the Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS) click the link below for the forms.

-Events such as birth, marriage, name change, death etc. must be reported to the Membership Clerk.
