Members of the Metlakatla Justice Tribunal act as part of a neutral third party panel of decision makers, dealing with disputes that are within the jurisdiction established for them by the Metlakatla Justice Tribunal terms of reference. The Justice Tribunal is responsible to resolve appeals related to Metlakatla's conflict of interest policy, and appeals related to the Metlakatla Election Code.
