Metlakatla posts employment opportunities and workshops that are received as we may have members who will benefit from the information. Please respond/inquire directly to the organization implementing this initiative, NOT Metlakatla's organizations, unless the opportunity is offered by us. Our organizations are not directly endorsing any posted content and are not responsible for any issues that arise as a result of an end-users participation in said initiative.
Elders are an irreplaceable source of knowledge for our community. We offer several activities and events for elders living in Metlakatla - including luncheons and other events. We also hold elders gatherings in Prince Rupert for our elders to come together and share memories and stories.
Metlakatla values the volunteers who help to fundraise for community events and activities. If you are interested in volunteering for upcoming events, please contact our offices and inquire.
